Accelerated, Full Time PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management) is completed in 12 months with 6 courses per term, each term is of three months duration. The last term is spent exclusively on Project, Internship and other group activities. This format is designed for students with significant work experience aspiring to climb up the career ladder or planning a career shift. Any basic degree from a recognized institution will be the entry level criteria. |

The master’s level program in Business Management in SMOT is designed to sharply focus on key business management functions and roles adhering to internationally acclaimed norms and practices. |
| Program Description |
Broadly, any business management program encompasses two phases. The first phase, called foundation phase, typically the first half of the program duration, focuses on foundation courses in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, Operations, Quantitative Methods and Managerial Communication. The second half of the program in SMOT, called career phase, typically the second half of the program duration, is designed to give unique mileage to the students to choose from the following options:
- Concentration based on a functional area such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR or IT.
- Concentration based on a specific management role such as Business Analyst, Business Development Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Brand Manager, Financial Consultant, HR Consultant etc. that you would be choosing after completing the program.
Concentration based on a specific industry such as Manufacturing, IT, Banking and Insurance, Healthcare and so on.
