The Governing Board of SMOT consisting of people of immense reputation with the interest of the society at large as their ultimate responsibility will guide, steer, run and manage the institution.

The Governing Board is the hallmark of the institution as the focal point that will provide much needed validation of concepts and philosophy of the institution and guide through its mission of building a professionalized education.
