SMOT will have custom - built programs, developed based on research, practice and innovation and which aim to create value not only to students but also to other stake holders such as faculty and industry. SMOT targets high achievers to fuse their research abilities with management and business processes.
The most striking feature in SMOT PGPM is that the curriculum offers flexibility to the students to specialize in a career track such as Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Management, Investment Banking or Information Security within any of the functional areas: Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR and IT thus making SMOT graduates CAREER READY MANAGERS.
The technology driven approach with emphasis on practical and case based approach makes for interesting learning with hands-on experience. The selection process will include performance in SMOT Entrance Test, Personal Interview and Group Discussion.
The institute offers programs, broadly as follows:
- Masters level programs in Business Management leading to internationally recognized certificate
- Executive Education Programs.
- Management Development Programs of short duration of one or two days
- Short-term certificate programs, typically of two weeks to three months in Management primarily to re-skill in specific areas of industry needs.
